Once you're up and running, we recommend following the step-by-step lessons to understand how coding works. Learning to code is a challenge, but you can do it.

Otherwise, please follow the guides on this page for help requesting a return. Please do not send us a return package without contacting us first. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.


Unopened and Lightly Used returns

If you're not 100% satisfied with your order within 30 days of purchase, we are happy to arrange a full refund for the cost of the product. Contact us at or fill out the form on this page. Please note that refunds are subject to inspection of the product upon its return and may take up to 10 days to process after receipt.

Defective products

If you've received a product that you believe arrived to you in a broken or defective state, please select that option in the form below. Please describe the trouble you're having and why you think the product is defective so that we can find a solution.

Heavily Used or Broken Products

We handle the returns of modified or used products on a case-by-case basis. If your return cannot be fully or partially restocked, we may only be able to issue a partial refund or no refund at all.
